Jeannine Gaudet, my mother, came to see us in the beautiful city of Oaxaca, Mexico. She is an accomplished solo female traveler, a mother of six, a grandmother of nine, she earned her masters in social work while raising a family, has been a pioneer in the field of hospice and palliative care since the 1980’s, and she has been a nurse for over 50 years. We had a little chat about family, death, faith, nursing, her journey on the El Camino De Santiago, and much more. I’m a fortunate sort, tune in to find out why!
