Diego and Charly are a couple of hardworking and creative taqueros! After eating several of their delicious creations, and a brief exchange with Diego, I knew I wanted to get these guys in front of the mic. I met up with them while they worked, and we had a quick chat about tacos, work, Mexico City, and recovering from drunkenness with food. I genuinely wish you could have been there to share and enjoy this one!
